Studio Scenes

Proudly featuring our 2022-23 Jan Miller Studio Artists, Studio Scenes is an intimate opportunity to explore the operatic genre by dropping into five different operas in just over an hour. Over the course of the evening, the Studio Artists will present excerpts from operas of Massenet, Rossini, Britten, and Donizetti in a fully-staged, minimally costumed format with live accompaniment by Studio Artist pianist/coach Nathan Cicero. All scenes will include English supertitles projected above the performers to follow along with the story.
