Road Trip for our Jr. Pastry Chefs ages 10-16 as they hop on the culinary trail on their regional United States baking journey Monday through Friday from 2:00pm-5:00pm in the Pensacola Cooks Classroom!
Campers receive their very own baking passport on the first day of camp and earn daily stamps as they complete the U.S.A. regional hands-on baking tour of savory and sweet recipes.
A definite confidence builder, campers learn both the basic science and art of baking a variety of savory and sweet recipes. Focus in on types of doughs and batters used for cakes, cookies, pies, and breads. There is something for every camper to love! New recipes every summer!
