Power Yoga on the Grass with John: This class is designed to improve strength, endurance, and concentration. Modifications will be taught so that participants of all skill levels can get a good workout. The yogic principles of Mind, Body, Breath, and Spirit will be emphasized. Please bring a mat, water bottle, and towel. It is a good idea to bring a flat bed sheet to spread out on the grass.
