Rescheduled – Fermentation Workshop (Sauerkraut) w/ Maeday Farms

Come join us for our first hands on fermentation class!You will have the unique opportunity to truly immerse yourself in the wild sorcery known as fermentation. Each attendee will leave with a jar of sauerkraut made by their hands and a belly full of food and beer. Lead by head brewer Ryan Brei, we will be diving into the art of making sauerkraut. Our goal is to demystify this ancient process all the while sampling a flight of unique beers and grilling out hot dogs appropriately garnished with kraut we already made up for ya (vegan versions will also be available)! The cabbages will be provided by Maeday Farms, which is a local organic farm in Walnut Hill, Florida. The owners of Maeday Farm will also be there to talk about their products and processes and how important local agriculture is to our vibrant community.
