Buttercream Techniques-Class 101

Learn some of the basics of how to make a good buttercream and piping bag techniques to expand your cake and cupcake skills.
This class teaches the basic buttercream skills:
Basic Buttercream Roses
Students will practice and techniques with assistance from Chef Hudson. Each student will leave with a small decorated cake utilizing their new skills. Tools will be able for classroom use.
$40.00 per person. Payment may be made at Henny Penny’s Patisserie. 20 student spots are available.
